AgileOS provides an inventory management platform that enables businesses to track, manage, and optimize their inventory operations. Our services include inventory tracking, reporting, analytics, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate the rights of others

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the month. Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.

Yearly Subscriptions

If you cancel a yearly subscription, you are eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription period. The refund amount will be calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of your annual billing period. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

After Cancellation

• You will retain access to your account until the end of your paid period
• You can export your data at any time before your access expires
• After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
• You can reactivate your account within the 30-day retention period

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgileOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you enter into the Service and ensuring you have the right to use and share such data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgileOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgileOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
