When a sale is completed at any kiosk, the inventory is deducted immediately in the database. There is no batch sync or end-of-day update. If you sell the last unit at your POS, your marketplace listings and inventory dashboard reflect it within seconds.
The discount approval system requires manager-level credentials. Managers can approve at the terminal or set pre-approved discount levels. All discount activity is logged with timestamp, amount, and approver for audit purposes.
